APPLICATION STEPS

  1. Review the requirements for a marriage license.

  2. Apply for your Marriage License from a registered issuer with the following documents:

    ✦ One piece of valid primary identification for each partner.

    ✦ Divorce documentation, if applicable.

    Acceptable primary identification includes:

    ✦ Birth certificate

    ✦ Immigration form or permanent resident card.

    ✦ Citizenship card.
