#BIRKSBLUECHAPEL RECAP: OCTOBER 12 &13 , 2021

Birks Gives12 Couples Their Dream Wedding at The Loft on King

On October 12th and 13th, we partnered with Bijoux Birks for the #BirksBlueChapel at The Loft on King, Toronto. We were so lucky to collaborate with Marta Urbanowicz from Artam Design who transformed the venue into a beautiful dream space to marry 12 lucky couples. These couples were gifted this experience, given 15% off Bijoux Birks wedding bands, and as an early wedding gift, Bijoux Birks donated to First Assist Charity in each of their names.

The decor for the #BirksBlueChapel was like no other Chapel we’ve had before. The entrance featured a tall Birks blue clock and a branded photo backdrop. Matching blue flowers stood parallel to the bar, and each of the cocktail tables included a white orchid. The ceremony set up featured a neutral floral install complete with dried elements like palm fans and pampas grass. Each couple said their I-do’s in front of the sleek Birks blue and white curved frame.

Post-ceremony, guests were ushered into a cocktail hour where everyone could share a celebratory toast. The cocktail hour wouldn’t be complete without a toast to the newlyweds of Lakeview Wines’s Serenity Sparkling Riesling. Guests enjoyed salted caramel popcorn and freshly baked cookies from Courage Cookies.

This Chapel raised $5000 in support of First Assist Charity! First Assist is an Indigenous lead organization that provides on-site education and sports integration programs to enhance youth’s mental, emotional, and physical well-being in Indigenous communities across Canada.

Our newly added 2022 dates in Toronto, Ottawa, and Vancouver are now OPEN for booking! For more information, check out our dates page or sign up for a complimentary virtual consultation.
